How long does it take to complete the jumping program? Speed Program? Both Programs Together?
The jumping program takes 45 min. to 60 min.  The speed program takes the same amount of time.  Both programs together take 75 min. to 90 min.

How many days a week do you perform the workouts?
All workouts are to be performed three days a week on a Mon., Wed., Fri. schedule.

How long does it take to complete the programs?
Each program is eight weeks in length.

What equipment is needed for the jumping and speed programs?
Access to weights to be able to perform squats, a 40 l/b weight vest or 20 l/b dumbells for two jumping exercises and two boxes 2.5 to 3 feet in height for the jumping program and two 2 ½ pound ankle weights for the speed program to perform two stationary drills.

How do I maintain my vertical and speed gains?
If you are not performing some type of physical activity 4 to 7 days a week, simply go through week 4 of the jumping program twice a week for maintenance.  Either  a Mon., Thurs. or Tues., Fri.  schedule.

What is the difference between normal delivery and rush delivery?
Normal delivery averages between 2 to 3 weeks while rush delivery averages 1 to 2 weeks.

How many inches can I hope to gain after completing the eight week programs?
The vertical jump program will have you jumping at
least 8 inches higher and the speed program will have you running .2 - .4 second faster in the 40 yard dash.
